Hands-on situational workshop! With our market changing yet again, it has become even more critical to be able to determine which inspection items to ask for and how to craft a response that will get accepted.  Together we will work in small groups with mock inspection findings to put together inspection responses that will be presented to a mock Seller.  We will work together to formulate a winning response while also talking through how it will be received and responded to.
