One of the most effective marketing strategies to always keep in contact with your past clients- Annual Real Estate Reviews.  Previous buyers are your future sellers!  The easiest way to keep in flow with past buyers is to send them an annual opinion of their home's value and other valuable information. Annual Real Estate Reviews can feel overwhelming, but with a system, they don't have to! Many brokers have told us that they don't have a process or a system for doing this. And because they don't have a process their consistency with providing them as a service to their clients is lacking. Let's pool our knowledge and put together a process and a plan and even a template you can use that will be fun and valuable for your clients. This will be a hands-on experience, come prepared to implement!
